Publication Mechanism

Authors may indicate their preferred publication outlet from the available proceedings or journals. However, all submissions will be subject to a review process conducted by the committee. If an article is not accepted by the preferred proceeding or journal, the author will be advised to consider publication in an alternative outlet. 

Publication Fee

Publication payment is made when the article is declared accepted by the editorial team, according to the APC of the journal / proceeding. An APC invoice will be sent after the article is declared accepted by the editorial (Authors do not need to make payment when the article has not been declared accepted by the editorial).
