SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Participants who submit papers are required to upload their abstracts through the registration form within the designated period (May to August 31, 2025).
The abstract review process and announcement of acceptance will take place from May to August 31, 2025.
Full paper submissions must be completed no later than October 18, 2025. Selected papers will be contacted directly to confirm their willingness to publish their work in Atlantis Press*, Kreano, Indomath, Barekeng, IJC, or Kadikma.
Papers which are not selected will have the opportunity to undergo the selection process again.
Presenters who agree to publish their articles must undergo the review process of the designated journal and pay an additional publication fee.

REVIEW PROCESS
Abstract Review for Presentation Acceptance
All abstract must follow the required template and be uploaded through the official e-conference submission system by the specified deadline. Every manuscript will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure the topic relevance to the conference scope and clarity of structture.
Review Mechanism
All abstract will be reviewed by at least one reviewer with expertise in the relevant subject area.
The review process will follow a single-blind system, where reviewers know the authors' identities, but authors do not know who the reviewers are.
Only abstract approved by qualified reviewers and editors will be accepted for presentation.
Authors whose abstract are accepted for presentation will be notified by email.

All submitted papers must follow the required template and be uploaded through the official e-conference submission system by the specified deadline. Every manuscript will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the contribution.
Review Mechanism
All manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.
The review process will follow a double-blind system, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
Plagiarism checks will be conducted using Turnitin, and manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% will be rejected.
Only manuscripts approved by qualified reviewers and editors will be accepted for publication.
Evaluation Criteria
Each manuscript will be evaluated based on the following aspects:
Originality and significance of the contribution to the relevant field.
Appropriateness and rigor of the research methodology.
Technical quality and coherence of the research execution.
Clarity of structure, argumentation, and quality of English language.
Compliance with the conference template and referencing standards.
Review Workflow (For Proceeding)
Manuscript Submission – Authors submit the full paper through the e-conference system.
Initial Editorial Screening – Editors review manuscripts for scope, template adherence, and run plagiarism checks.
Peer Review Process – Each paper is reviewed by at least two experts under a double/single-blind mechanism.
Reviewer Feedback – Comments and recommendations are collected and sent to the editor.
Editorial Decision – Based on reviewer input, the editor issues a decision: acceptance, revision, or rejection.
Revision by Author – Authors address reviewer comments and upload revised versions within two weeks of notification.
Final Review & Acceptance – Editors verify revisions and ensure the paper meets all formatting and quality standards.
Notification - Authors whose papers are accepted for publication will receive an official notification via email.
Camera-Ready Submission & Registration – Accepted papers must be submitted in camera-ready format.
Review Workflow (For Journals)
The review workflow for articles to be published in journals will follow the journal's editorial team's standard review procedures.
