Registration Mechanism

To confirm your participation in ICOMELA 2025, please complete your registration before the deadline. Registration is categorized into two types: participants with papers and participants without papers.

To register as a presenter (with a paper), please register here

To register as a non-presenting participant (without a paper), please register here

• Participants who submit papers are required to upload their abstracts through the registration form within the designated period (May to August 1, 2025).

• The announcement and abstract review process will take place from May to August 1, 2025.

• Full paper submissions must be completed no later than October 18, 2025.

• Selected paper will be contacted directly to confirm their willingness to publish their work in AIP (contract in progress).

• Participants who are not selected will have the opportunity to undergo the selection process again.

• Participants who agree to publish their papers will be required to pay an additional publication fee.
